We started at our new offices on February 1st, 2010. We are now conveniently located at 491 Crescent Street, about one block from our old office. Our new office has plenty of parking available.

    · Income limits apply

    · Main home must be purchased between April 8, 2008 & July 1, 2009

    · MUST BE REPAID over 15 years at $500.00/yr

    · Essentially just an interest free loan from the government

 

Stimulus payments (2008) may still be available!

    · If your didn't get the maximum, you max qualify now.

    · We need to know what, if any, payment your received in 2008 to calculate what you   

      may still have coming

    · Is a second stimulus coming? No info yet - but plenty of talk!

 

Massachusetts Insurance Requirements

    · Massachusetts Insurance requirements have a penalty of up to $912.00 per year/per

      taxpayer for failure to have health insurance coverage.
